Led by Carrie Sanders · Registered Nurse
The Eagle DS Wellness Hub brings clinical rigour to combat sport and everyday health alike — nutrition, mindfulness, breathwork, mobility and recovery, designed and led by a Registered Nurse and Clinical Nutritionist.
It's the reason every athlete we develop is built up, not broken down.
What We Offer
Every programme is built on the same principle: real, health-informed support for the whole person — whether you're a competing athlete, a busy family, or a team carrying sustained pressure.
Nutrition for athletes, families and individuals — designed by a Clinical Nutritionist and Registered Nurse, grounded in evidence, not fads.
Practical tools for stress regulation, focus, and recovery — the same mental skills that hold up under competitive pressure.
Movement, mobility and physical recovery work that keeps bodies durable across training, competition and everyday life.
Whole-person wellbeing for individuals, families and youth — informed by frontline clinical experience.
The mental and physical tools of elite athletes, applied to professional teams — resilience, recovery and performance under pressure. Flexible delivery.
The clinical health-and-safety architecture behind every Combat Games Series event — the backbone of our zero-concussion record.
Why It Matters
Most combat sports organisations treat health as an afterthought. Eagle DS was built the other way around. Carrie Sanders — a Registered Nurse with frontline clinical experience and a qualified Clinical Nutritionist — designs and oversees the wellness architecture behind everything we do.
For at-risk and vulnerable young people especially, having a nurse in the room — even informally — changes the nature of the environment entirely. It is safer, calmer, and held to a clinical standard.
Across five national tournaments and more than 450 matches. Not luck — the product of clinical oversight, controlled-contact standards, and a culture that develops people rather than damaging them.
